Mayfair Dress | PDF Sewing Pattern

The Mayfair Dress has a softly structured silhouette with gently gathered straps, convex vertical darts on the bodice and a shirred back. The bodice extends to the base of the skirt and has a gathered side and back skirt. There are top, mini and midi length cut lines for pattern variations.

Materials Needed:

• A mid weight, non stretch woven fabric that holds its shape well
• Matching thread
• Shirring thread
• Fabric marker or tracing wheel for darts

Fabric Requirements:

• Top: 2m main fabric + 1.2m lining
• Mini: 2m main fabric (140cm wide) or 2.6m (110cm wide) + 1.3m lining
• Midi: 3.5m main fabric + 1.5m lining

Lining can be either 110cm or 140cm wide.

Sizing:

Includes Australian sizes 6–26 (US 2–22).
